All Roads Theatre Company (ARTCO), a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, will produce a wide variety of professional plays, musicals, concerts, and new works, in venues of all sizes in the Los Angeles area and beyond. Its mission also includes educational outreach to provide arts training and appreciation for students of all ages through classes, workshops, performance opportunities, and interactive experiences relating to our professional productions. “All Roads Theatre Company” is committed to diversity in programming, staffing, casting, and audience development, and seeks to enlighten and entertain audiences with vibrant, visceral productions that honor theatrical tradition thoughtfully and respectfully in a complex modern world.

ARTCO ALLSTARS
A preprofessional training program for kids. Students receive a unique and fully comprehensive musical theatre education serving as a springboard towards success in being accepted into the very best college musical theatre programs and furthermore, success in their adult professional careers.

Song Study for Musical Theatre Artists
A six-week course offering intensive training in song interpretation, audition techniques, and “acting the song,” led by Artistic Director Scott Thompson. Personalized coaching with live piano accompaniment.

Broadway Tap and Theatre Jazz
Classes for Teens & Adults: Weekly classes teaching foundational and intermediate tap techniques, accessible to all levels. These classes foster skill development and confidence in performance.

Summer Musical Theatre Intensive
For Teens (June-July 2025): A five-week program providing hands-on training in singing, dancing, and acting, culminating in a live showcase for industry professionals. This program is designed to give teens practical experience in musical theatre.


SCOTT THOMPSON
is an award-winning director, choreographer, writer and producer who has been working in theatre for thirty years, directing and choreographing over 100 professional productions nationwide. He has worked with a “who’s who” of contemporary Broadway stars, both in full musical productions and in concerts from LA to New York’s Town Hall and Lincoln Center. Among his numerous awards are five Connecticut Critics Circle Awards, two San Francisco Critics Circle Awards, and the Los Angeles Ovation Award for his direction and choreography. His work has been seen on HBO Television and worldwide via his work for Princess Cruises. He is co-author and director/choreographer of ONE FOR MY BABY.

FRED BARTON
is an acclaimed composer, lyricist, orchestrator, conductor, and actor. His symphony arrangements are played regularly by the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall and major symphonies throughout the U.S. and Canada. On Broadway and National Tour he has conducted Anthony Quinn in Zorba, Hal Prince’s Cabaret, Cy Coleman’s City of Angels and Robert Goulet in Camelot. Off-Broadway, Fred was the original Arranger-Musical Director for Forbidden Broadway (Tony Award, Drama Desk Awards), Spamilton, and Whoop-Dee-Doo! (Drama Desk Awards). Fred Barton wrote book, music, and lyrics for Miss Gulch Returns! (Bistro Award), still produced by theaters nationwide in 2019, and co-wrote book, music and lyrics for Creature From The Black Lagoon for Universal Theme Parks. For TV, Fred composed music for The Magic School Bus (Emmy Award), arranged and conducted Wonder Pets! (Emmy Award), HBO’s Cathouse: The Musical, and music-supervised Olivia. The Fred Barton Orchestra has won acclaim for his American Showstoppers song-and-dance concerts of Golden Age Broadway, and Fred has arranged and played for nearly eighty major stars.

JERAMIAH PEAY
is a producer, director, production manager, stage manager and actor. He produced his first play, Brilliant Traces in 2009, with Tony award nominee Xanthe Elbrick and his latest musical Mack & Mabel in 2024,with ARTCO starring Dermot Mulroney. He has been an Associate Producer on productions in Minneapolis such as Power Balladz, Celebrity Autobiography, Employee of the Year, and Urban Primitive Pop. Jeramiah has directed plays and musicals including The Turn of The Screw at Sierra Madre Playhouse and The Who’s Tommy at The Grand Auditorium. He was the tour manager for many Lincoln Center Education productions, as well as the production manager and/or stage manager on many Off Broadway productions including, Ruthless!, The Musical, Freud’s Last Session, Zero Hour, Blind Date, My Big Gay Italian Wedding, and My First Time. Jeramiah earned his BA from the University of Southern California, and his MFA from the Actors Studio Drama School (New School University).
