Mission in Action

All Roads Theatre Company (ARTCO), a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is the leader in high-quality,
professionally produced theatrical productions in Southern California. ARTCO is focused on presenting a wide
range of traditional plays and musicals while curating new works from up-and-coming artists and developing
immersive, next-gen storytelling experiences. Its mission also puts a focus on Southern California arts
education with outreach and community development programs through a roster of classes, workshops, and
performance opportunities for all. ARTCO is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in programming,
staffing, casting, and audience development in all aspects of the organization. “All Roads Theatre Company”
seeks to enlighten and entertain audiences through vibrant productions and outreach that honors rich
theatrical traditions while elevating new voices in a complex modern world.

Classic Musicals

ARTCO has identified four underserved areas of the Los Angeles Arts Community that make up the organization’s core offerings.

Classic Plays

ARTCO will produce celebrated, yet underproduced, works by the best artists of the last one hundred years.

New Works

Emerging writers and established artists with new works will be highlighted in a first to the west coast digital new works festival. This festival will result in a produced version of the highest-rated work from the digital new works festival.

Concerts

ARTCO will produce professional concerts highlighting Broadway’s best while highlighting ARTCO talent, both invited and trained.

Education

Education is at the heart of ARTCO, so beginning in 2024, youth and adult theatrical education training will begin leveraging the incredible artists involved in ARTCO productions and festivals.
